At Royal Retreat Spa, I strive to provide my clients with exceptional service and ensure that their appointments are promptly attended to. Due to limited availability, a rise in late arrivals, and an increasing number of last-minute cancellations, a cancellation policy has been implemented to better serve all valued customers. In the event of a cancellation made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $50 charge will be applied and/or a rebooking fee of $25 will be applicable for the following appointment. I kindly ask that clients notify the spa in advance if they are unable to attend their appointments, as failure to do so will result in a charge and the inability to reschedule, except under exceptional circumstances such as Covid-19. I appreciate your understanding in upholding this policy to maintain the quality and availability of our services.
